Through Swamphatched Butterfly Productions, you can book either Denise Stewart or the TipTop Twins to host and emcee your event!
Denise Stewart is a past Tedx Charlottesville speaker, has hosted the Waterboy’s Charity Golf Tournament Auction (for Chris Long Foundation), has emceed Disrupt HR Charlottesville three times, co-hosted Building Good Foundation’s Battle of the Bands and Auction, pumped up crowds for years at the Women’s 4-miler Training Program, and been a keynote speaker for many events across a range of subjects.
The TipTop Twins are a comedy duo made up of Mendy St. Ours & Denise Stewart. If you are music festival organizers, rock musicians, or a nonprofit organization looking for an original comedic voice in event hosting, they might be the sisters for you. Previous events include emceeing Shagwüf’s Sweet Freakshow and the Summer of Love Music Festival at IX Arts Park, running wild through more than one CLAW (Charlottesville Ladies’ Arm Wrestling) event, bringing in the bids at Live Arts Gala auctions, escaping a Tijuana jail to appear at Live Arts Late Night, and hosting and coasting through an encore of Barhopper’s with Offstage Theatre. They also like appearing at dog weddins and seances where Merle Haggard might show up!
